Hi

I met a person from a place in Dege County recently. I have his address written in English (but not Chinese or Tibetan) and am trying to find the location. I wonder if any experts here would be able to help. The name of the place, as I have it written down is 'Regu Xang'. I believe the latter half could be 'xiang' which is Chinese for township but I can't seem to find the Regu part. Any ideas?
