Hi all

I am John from New York. I am new to this forum and this is a my first post.  Planning to visit China and Pakistan at the end of March 09. Many stories heard about the food of chineese, like monkeys, frog, Cocroach and rates etc. Is this all true? From where i can find such type of food. I will have only 15 days to visit China. Any good suggestion will be appreciated. Is this a best time to visit China? Which are the most attractive places to visit?
